Friday 5-10 pm and Saturday 10 am - 8 pm


Bring your family and join us for free admission to 3 stages of continuous Western Music and Cowboy Poetry, Open Mic Stage, Western Vendors, Kid's Corral, Kids and Adult Poetry Contests, and Cowboy Church at the American West Heritage Center on Sunday.
Treat yourself and buy a ticket for the Dutch Oven Cooking or one of the workshops, roundups or concerts.

Spurs and Chaps are Optional!

Guitar Workshop with Ernie Sites

Rhythm and Lead Combination for Bluegrass, Folk and Western Swing Music
Ernie Sites is an accomplished guitarist, musician and songwriter, and master of several instruments. He is well recognized by the Western Music Association (WMA) and has performed with big names in western music history. Ernie recently received the National Day of the Cowboy 2015 Cowboy Keeper Award, has judged Blue Grass Flat Top Picking Competitions, and has recorded several original pieces. He welcomes all abilities, and ages.

Songwriting Workshop with Billy Dean

Hey, you aspiring songwriters!! Come spend an awesome hour and a half with one of the most personable, humorous, down to earth musicians of all time! He is an accomplished and skilled, songwriter, guitarist and vocalist. You'll love your time sitting at the feet and learning from this great man.

Billy Dean has sold over 5 million albums worldwide, with 11 top ten singles, and 5 number ones. He has been nominated by every major music award entity, and in 1992 was named top new Male Vocalist of the year, and the same year won top song of the year with "Somewhere in My Broken Heart". His list of accolades goes on and on!
